2. Image Uploads & Ephemeral Processing

YoyoMedia Photo AI operates on strict ephemeral image processing principles:

No Public Storage: Uploaded images are used solely to generate your requested enhancement, deblurring, restoration, or colorization.
Automatic Purging: Original user uploads are automatically purged from our secure server storage within 24 hours. Enhanced result files are deleted within 7 days.
No Facial Recognition Database: We do NOT extract, store, or sell facial biometric data to any third parties or AI training datasets.

3. Log Files & Web Analytics

YoyoMedia Photo AI follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, and number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information.

4. Payment Processors

When purchasing Growth Plans, payments are securely processed through third-party gateways (PayUmoney or PayPal). We do not store or capture full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.
